smoke and odor free This is a one time listing as I become a full time hands on Grandma over the summer.My Mother passed away 10 years ago at the age of 95. This was packed away and I just recently looked it over.
It is a quilt top which she had begun unable to date that but for 70 years I know she was an ardent needlewoman who knit, crocheted, quilted and needlepoint. Much of her estate was packed up and dispersed and I cannot locate any of her sewing items that would match this.The quilt top is clean. It has been begun. It is called the Rose Quilt, Progress #1398 and is 81\" x 99\". also marked 77 S C G Inc. N 9 C. There were no instructions with it. There are 5 pieces of fabric dark green, light green, deep pink, medium pink and light pink. As I look at the quilt I know that a cream is missing.Each piece of colored fabric has a shape with a number corresponding to that number on the quilt top. You have to applique it on. It appears that you need to highlight some of the leaves with embroidery floss. I am selling this as is. An experienced applique quilter would not have a problem. Missing color fabric could easily be obtained, it is just a light weight cotton and purchase embroidery floss. There are blue dots on the quilt for the quilting.
