Beautiful piece of vintage Silverplate.Good Condition with light to moderate wear.

I do want to mention there is some wear, light scratches, most notably on the silver lid. Most caused from improperstorage.I see no dings or dents, however the dish will need polishing. I will leavethis upto the new owner.This piece was a wedding gift 53 yrs. ago,It hashad very minimal ifanyuse. It was improperly stored in a china cabinet, havingother pieces stacked on it. I think the scratching was caused from sliding items on and off the lid instead of lifting them. I do believe buffing and polishing will takecare ofmost of thescratches,or it can be taken to a jeweler for professional polishing.I am Not an expert on silver, but I did want to mention what I see.
