Victorian style but made around the 1970s or so. Metal is an dark antique bronze-gold tone on the detailed part, light silver tone on the grooved metal ring. Marked on the back Melard Pat. Pend. 67020-1 Made in U.S.A. Circular central sunburst flower design, beaded border, acorn style protruding knob to hold the ring portion. Detailed section measures about 3.5 inches in diameter, and juts out about 2.5 inches when attached to the wall. Holding ring measures about 5.75 inches at its widest, opening diameter about 5 inches.There is some wear and tarnish on the metal. Scratches on the ring where it is looped though the holding knob. Minor scratches. Overall in nice condition. Does not come with mounting hardware or towel bar.
