VTG Womens 1920s Toque Hat Black Velvet Metallic Lace Chenille Trim Small Lovely vintage antique 1920s Toque hat of black silk velvet with a beautiful metallic lace and chenille ornament on the front, and a gold metallic leather piping around the edge. The vintage hat is lined in what I think is black organdy. The vintage hat measures about 21 1/2” around the inside, I consider that a small head. About 5 \" tall, no label, but well made. Very good condition, with some wear on the velvet and the lining was loose when I took the photo but it will be repaired by the time you get it.
