Venerable Marcellin Champagnat Relic Founder of Marist Brothers 1916 Prayer Card

This is a French relic card with a prayer to obtain beatification of the Servant of God Marcellin Champagnat, founder of the Marist Brothers. All wording on the card is in French. NIHIL OBSTAT is dated April 10, 1916. The card has expected handling wear and toning for it\'s age but there is no damage. It measures about 2 5/8 x 4 1/4 inches. There is no indication as to what type of relic this is, but it looks like it could be a tiny square of brown fabric.
