Here is a very unique & very scarce small version 1973 commemorative bronze medal/medallion coin of former Pittsburgh Pirates Hall of Fame outfielder \"Roberto Clemente\". It measures approx. 1 1/8 inches in diameter and is made of glossy (~0.7oz.) bronze? metal/material. It features a stunning etched silhouette of Roberto on the front & baseballs crashing through a barrier along with a tribute poem in small letters around the edge. The medallion was commissioned by the Chamber of Commerce of Pittsburgh and authorized for production by United States Mint in honor of \"The Great One\". This particular medallion is in very nice condition (see pics) with great details & gloss. There are not a lot of these unique \"smaller\" version commemorative medallions coins out there. (NOTE: I also have the larger version commemorative medallion listed)
