Good news for US buyers.. ...Since devised its Global Shipping Program...Canada postal rates are now actually cheaper than the US. Reason: Most US sellers have now been convinced to get on to s Global Shipping Program which has made International sales to Canada from the US 2-3 times more expensive and much slower for delivery than the traditional method of US sellers just using the regular US Postal Service.
