Item Description
Up for your consideration is anelegant and rare, Art nouveau Roseville Pottery Co., umbrella stand. Likely, less than 100 of these piece were made, and it has a majolica-like finish, with bright and crisp colors. Two sides have the female figure and the other 2 sides have a beautiful floral design.
It stand 26\" tall, has inside depth of 10-1/4\", It is 13\" X 13\" wide at the top opening and the base is 11\". I believe this umbrella stand is from 1927 to 1935 when paper or foil labels were often used. It in very gorgeous condition with no chips, or repairs, but there is one 6\" firing crack to the lip of the back, not damage, per se. It is tight and stable. Otherwise, there are no concerns.
