New in box, never displayed. This is an award given to outstanding Theme Park Operations Cast members at Disneyland Resort. Key is NOT real gold (we\'re talking Cast gift here, right?) but has a gold metallic finish. Unsure what year these were presented -- probably between 2001 and 2005. Key is approximately 6 inches in length and has some weight to it.
