Amazing Antique Vintage Sterling Silver and Enamel Brooch from World Famous Norwegian Maker Gustav Gaudernack... This is really a fantastic looking and very rare piece from the absolute best enamel artist that has ever lived! Gustav Gaudernack came from Austria and then later came to Norway where he worked for David Andersen for many years and then opened up his own workshop.. He unfortunatly died not long after in 1914 but his wife and son continued the shop until 1938..
These pieces from Gaudernack are always extremly hard to find and are of the highest quality!
The brooch is in great condition.. There is a couple of small scratches right on the drawing, but besides that it is perfect! The colors are simply so impressive.. The brooch is 4,2cm x 2,6cm..
