Return policyI will not accept returns on lot sales. On other items, I will accept returns ONLY if I have made a serious mistake or oversight in the description. I do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse. I photograph everything very clearly. Therefore, photos serve as full disclosure, and also, serve as part of the description text. Condition will be clearly documented in the photographs. If it isn’t broken in the photo, then it was not sent to you broken. Glass items are packed with the greatest care and double boxed. If you received it broken, please refer the matter to your postal carrier.

Shipping informationU.S. only, please. Otherwise, my experiences have not been great, so I no longer ship internationally. sale terms are very clear, I ship within 1 BUSINESS day of payment receipt. There are even those rare times when it will be a bit longer than 1 business day, but I will communicate with you if that is the case. I am an honest seller and I PROMISE, you will get your package as soon as humanly possible. Also, if this sale will be shipped media mail or parcel post, that can take up to 14 days. That is not my doing and I will do my part by shipping promptly. Accordingly, please give 5 star rating for shipping.
Also, my shipping & handling is ALWAYS fair and NEVER inflated! I understand that shipping is expensive, but I do not set the rates – that is determined by USPS. I am happy to combine shipping when appropriate to save you some money. I was talking with a customer recently, and they were unaware that charges the seller a fee on shipping charges. Yes, it is indeed true. With that said, and with regard to handling charges, the reality is…I’m relatively low income…and make very little selling on . I just cannot afford to absorb the costs involved in handling. Therefore, there is a small handling amount that covers shipping fees charged by , packing material, boxes & mailers, paper, ink, gas and time. The fee is about 50 cents to one dollar, depending on what the item is and what is involved in getting it to you securely. It should be more, but honestly, that is as low as I can go. Also, I recycle what I can, as often as I can…because I feel that is the right thing to do… and it keeps handling costs down for both you and me! I would hope that no one has a problem with getting previously used packing material. I do still have to purchase packing material…so if, for some reason, you do not want previously used…please let me know in advance.
