This listing is for a very rare and hard to find early Schmid animated music box \"dancing\" Santa Claus music box figurine. Likely made between 1930 and 1950 ( possibly occupied Japan), this charming plastic/wood/cloth and faux fur Santa music box figurine plays \"Jingle Bells\". As the music plays, Santa appears to dance as his upper torso moves in a circular motion. This nostalgic Santa is dressed in the classic red and white suit with wide black belt and boots, and carries a large green toy sack. He also carries a bell. He measures 12\" by 6\" by 4\".
