Very big & rare superb quality antique Dutch sterling silver figural ship spoon:

This is a beautiful large figural antique sterling silver Dutch spoon with a Dutch ship on top.
It has several hallmarks up front in the bowl. They are too small for my camera, so I will describe them.
One is a lion looking right which signifies the purity of at least .833 or higher (83.3%).
Next to it is a key which is a censor\'s mark permitting article for export.
There is also a very tiny maker\'s mark. Finally, a date mark of a Gothic N means that this spoon was made in 1872.
The spoon is 12.75\" long and weights 166 grams. It is in a fine condition.
A spoon of this age and quality would be hard to find.
