I believe the painting to be signed lower rightside.{ see pictures}. The size of the painting is, 12 x 16 inches.

The frame is also old, and is still in good condition. And the size of the outside of the frame is, 18 x 22 inches.Old oil painting on canvas. there are some fine cracks because of its old age.{ this is not bothersome though}.
