Absolutely stunning 1930\'s cold painted bronze metal striker lighter in the shape of a skier carrying his skies with next to him a tree trunk which holds the lighter. ( I say bronze metal as I cannot guarantee it is bronze, the cold paint is in such a good condition that I cannot see the original metal and it seems to be to hard and cold to bespelter). The figure stands on a marble plinth. The plinth has a thin kind offelt paper underneath of which a few parts are missing. Obviously this is easy to replace or you can just leave it as it is. The figure itself and the lighter part are in very good condition.It is a beautiful appealing piece. A classy piece of skiing memorabilia. The marbleplinth measures 7.5 x 15 cm. The skier is 15 cm in height. This is measured to the top of his skies.If you have any questions or want more detailed pictures please email.
