1: These items are gently used; I have tried to look them over thoroughly so that I can describe them accurately (pay attention to photos as well). However, it’s possible I might miss something. If so, please understand that it is an honest mistake, and contact me so that I can make it right.2: Customer happiness is very important to me; I try hard to keep my response rating at 100%, and in order to do that I need to keep the buyer happy. I will leave positive response for you after you have left it for me, so that I know you received your item and are happy with it. If for some reason you are not happy, please contact me immediately and we will see what we can work out.3: With postage going up steadily, I will try to keep the costs as low as I can. To that end, I will ship in envelopes when possible, which means the item will most likely have to be ironed upon arrival. If it will fit in the small flat-rate priority mail box, I will ship it that way. I am always happy to combine shipping, and usually just charge for the difference in weight.4: Please keep in mind that the shipping and handling charges are just that: shipping AND handling. now charges the following fees: a listing fee, a final value fee when it sells, a fee to accept your payment through PayPal, and now they’ve also come up with justification to charge a fee on the cost of the shipping itself. My S&H charge includes all of those fees, plus the cost of the postage, envelopes, labels, fuel, and my time to picture, list, package, etc. I don’t gouge on shipping charges, and usually only have 20-30 cents or so left after all of the costs (assuming I don’t go in the hole as I do too often).5: I’ve noticed since instituted the Detailed Seller Ratings that some people don’t give full points for how quickly an item is shipped. I do not make any profit off shipping. If you think it is too high--please check price online at post office coming from 18938. Any thing over 1lb must be priority shipped. Postage has really gone up. I also select the cheapest option which usually takes longer to arrive--I have no control over how quickly your item will be delivered.
