Thissuperbpieceis a real eye catcherand isprofusely decorated all over.

Here we have aquite exceptionaland quite lovelysolid silverteapotofterrific gauge and weight for its size.Hallmarksaredeep and clear to lid,handleand to baseofbody.

Assayed inLondon anddated 1866 (year letter l).Maker\'s mark isforEdward and John Barnard.

It sits onacircularfoot.

This lovely item is in itself awonderfulpiece of grandsilver from theVictorian period.

Thediameter of theteapotisvery large at10 inches and its height7.5 inches.

Thislovelypotisofexceptional quality andis a mostdelightfulpiece oftable silver.

It isengravedtoone side with a monogram whilst the cartouche on the other side is notandalways has been(refer to images),definitely no erasures either.
