The pipe measures approx 6\" long in Very good condition with 2 minor hairlines on the bowl.
The silver collar is stamped WHC with the Chester hallmark and a year letter for 1898.
It is carved with a pair of shamrocks a harp and a round tower and is made from ancient Irsh Bog Oak.
