VICTORIAN J.D&S SILVER PLATED EGG CUP STAND c1840

Period: c1840

Materials: Silver plate.

Dimensions: Stand; 230mm wide x 200mm long x 215mm tall / Egg cups; 58mm wide x 68mm tall / Spoons: 118mm long.

Hallmarks: J.D&S - P.N.S.

Condition: Some wear to the gilding on the spoons, some slight wear hear and there but overall very good for its age. Wear commensurate with age and use.

Notes: A fantastic Victorian silver plated egg cup stand, consisting of six egg cups and six spoons. The cups bowls and spoons are decorated with fabulous parcel gilt.
