Victorian English Sheffield Sterling Silver Salver 1897

Well has etched foliage and central asymmetrical cartouche with engraved sword-bearing knight. Rim is everted with gadrooning, foliage, and shells. Rests on 4 lobe supports with foliate mounts. A substantial piece of late Victorian silver.
