Click to View Image Album This is a Victorian English Sterling silver vinaigrette perfume pendant…hallmarked inside top and bottom…etched period decoration…hallmarked and dated 1869.

The vinaigrette is about 1 1/8” long and ½” wide...weighs about 8 grams…period wave pattern…great patina. Gold washed interior and top and bottom hallmarks…top hallmarks believed to be for duty mark, maker’s mark and Sterling…bottom hallmarks believed to be for Birmingham, maker’s mark and 1869…pierced and hand etched grill with leaf pattern…grill fits well into piece with a nonfunctioning hinge…see my pics.

The pendant is in nice vintage condition with well working lid hinge and lid closes tightly. This Sterling silver vinaigrette makes a great addition to your collection.
