This pretty Victorian petticoat is made from white cotton, it\'s on a waistband that buttons. It has a wide ruffle with embroidered trim at the top of the ruffle and embroidery around the bottom with a pretty lacy edge. It has a few, very light spots that should soak out and there\'s an eraser head hole near the bottom of the ruffle. It measures 24 inches around the waist, hips are full and it\'s 30 1/2 inches long. Very good vintage condition.
