Villeroy & Boch was founded in Mettlach, Saar, Germany, by Jean-Francois Boch and Nicolas Villeroy in 1813.

From the marking on the back and some research it would appear that this plate was made
between 1870 - 1890
The platter measures

11\" X 8\" X 1 1/4\"
