Under the lens I can see someminor wear and scratches on the rim and some very tiny nicks on the inner bite and around the outside where you would lay it down. A few tiny dings on the bowl exterior and minor shaft wear. This is a very nice looking mouthpiece with no real issues besides minor cosmetics. Item has been cleaned and polished.
