The crepe paper and its wrapper are somewhat wrinkled from handling and possibly multiple re-selling over a period of years, but I do not see an specific signs it may have been used, and while I cannot be certain, I think the package is likely full and complete.

I do not know the age specifically, but the great vintage Parrot Brand graphics along with the five cent price for the package, suggest to me that the crepe paper is likely circa 1930s to 1940s, but it could be slightly older or newer.

The crepe paper was made by C. A. Reed Co., Williamsport, PA.

Condition:

Thecrepe paperis in two bundles in the wrapper. The bundle seen from the front is lighter in color, and the bundle on the back is a bit darker and brighter. When I peeked into the interior of the lighter bundle and the color appeared to be uniform throughout that bundle. I then realized that this could possibly indicate that rather than being faded, this could actually be an entire additional package, without wrapper, of a lighter color such as the \'light apple green\' color #530, listed just be for the #531 Nile Green on the table of colors on the back of the wrapper. I am opting not to unroll and measure the crepe paper so you may, or may not, be getting a double amount of paper.

The Parrot Brand wrapper has some wrinkling and creasing as seen. On the back, you can see that there is a 1\" x 3/4\" tear on the wrapper at the left.
