This is a super nice old large size heavy solid 14k yellow gold charm of a house. it is a musical charm, but not playing right now. All the parts are there, but it probably needs an oiling of the gears or wheels inside, so a watchmakers touch would make this function.
It is in really nice condition, with no dents, damage or repair marks on it. It measures 21.52mm by 19mm and it is solid 14k yellow gold, except, of course for the mechanism inside. The entire charm weighs an impressive 18.8 grams in total weight.
I knowGOLD is high, and prices seem crazy, but just think back to when it was $650 an ounce and you stopped yourself from buying because you thought gold was too high, THEN!You could be kicking yourself,when gold gets to over $2000!!

Starting immediately, I will NO longer be selling to or shipping to ITALY. Their postal system is the worst, and i can not be responsible for shipping there. I am sorry if this is problem. I am only able to ship twice a week, most weeks, these days are Wednesdays and Fridays. I use the USPS, postal system exclusivly, and I don\'t use UPS or Fedex, unless the buyer pays for and arranges for the pick up at my office. I will usually ship within 7 days, from the time of payment clearing, and I always buy insurance for domestic sales. This insurance is included in the shipping price, so you need\'nt worry about adding any extra money for insurance. Foreign items can only be insured for $40.00, and that is why I prefer registered mail, for foreign sent items. ALL ITEMS TO BE SENT TO FOREIGN ADDRESSESS AND PAID FOR WITH PAYPAL, WILL HAVE A SHIPPING FEE OF NOT LESS THAN $15.00 I AM SORRY BUT MAIL TO FOREIGN COUNTRIES IS NOT AS TRACKABLE OR SAFE AS THAT SENT WITHIN THE US.
