This is a beautiful, vintage, 18KT HGE marked gold plated ring, with a large emerald cut blue stone, that looks like a darker blue topaz. It is surrounded by small clear stones, some missing. Inside it has an S in a shield shape. It measures 3/4 inch by about 5/8 inch. Please see pictures and seller notes for condition.
