All in good condition, and to note the surface of the painting has one or two small marks, notably to the lips, that with careful cleaning / restoration could be removed. Most likley to be a painting on celluloid in its period pretty little bakelite type frame. The actual painted image Measuring approx 1 7/8 high x 1 5/8 inches wide, a little larger when including the rim of the brooch. Monogram / signature to the right in white \" HIL \".
