You are offerding on a vintage 1930\'s Tom\'s jar. This jar has Eat Toms Toasted Peanuts 5 cents on each side of the clear glassjar. Has original clear glass lid with red handle. Tom\'s embossed on the side of red handle. Bottom of jar is embossed - Property of Tom Houston Peanut Co. Columbus CA. Jar and lid are in overall great condition. There are a few places that I would call chips that I want to point out. The lid is in perfect condition except for a very small chip on the inside ring. I did not notice this until I was taking the photos and I ran my finger over it. See photo # 6 for this. It is just a bit bitter than a pin head and is not noticeable unless you are looking for it. On the jar there is a chip on the outside of the top ring. It is smooth when you run your finger across it but it is there, see photo # 9. Also on the inside ring of the top there is a placethat is rough see photo #10. These are very minor and do not take away from this great jar but I did want to mention that they were there. They do not show when displayed. Please see photos and ask any questions before you offer. I am describing to the best of my ability but item is vintage and is being sold as is.
