Up for sale isan original J. Chein walking hooligan toy. The item measures 6\" tall x 2 3/4\" wide x1 5/8\" deep. The toy\'s wind up mechanism is in good working order. The toy has a little struggle to move. The toy has light surface scuff but in overall good condition. The paint is still very much intact and looks great. Fresh out of an estate.
