Vintage used farm fence equipment . Stamped approved1940on inside face. I did plug it in and points and rotator works well . See pictures for physical condition . Missing a bulb , some surface rust , no pitting ans decent decal logo on front considering age and places these may have been located on a farm or cattle pasture fence . If you want a can email a short video clip of the it rotating and sparking . The thin plastic sheet peek / peephole cover is warped but easily replaced I think .Weighs about 12 1/2 lbs unboxed . It would be nice for a collector / collectionof old electrical / mechanical tools orvery possibly can be used yetwith someminor repair.I provide a link below for some history of this farm tool .
