VINTAGE 1930-1940s era much needed ink pen accessory designed to go through the mail as a souvenir from Wisconsin. The figural leather fish includes 2 layers of deep purple color felt pen wipes backed by a blotter that unfortunately has been damaged and missing some blotter. This also includes the original mailing card mailed in 1940 from DEVIL\'s LAKE STATE PARK in BARABOO, Wis. to MILWAUKEE, Wisc. Measures 5 3/4 \" long x 2 1/4\" high.
