Here is a vintage 1940s electric lantern with battery pack.
It has a patent date for 1938.
Was purchased from an estate amongst other World War 2 items, so this lantern was probably from this era.
Battery pack is in good condition for the age, not sure if it can still work.
Powers by a D sized battery (not included).
The lamp is in good shape, too--comes with a lightbulb.
