Banquet size 1940s vintage Quaker Lace Thanksgiving theme tablecloth. Design includes scenes of Pilgrims and Indians celebrating the Thanksgiving banquet. Large turkeys grace each corner. Center motif is a large floral, and alongside that to create the banquet size design are swags of a bountiful harvest. Large pineapple, symbol of hospitality, is included in the bounty.

A charming picture of an artist working on the original jacquard design for this Thanksgiving tablecloth can be seen at the website for the museum of the Quaker Lace Company.

120 in. by 70 in. Very good clean condition - newly washed. Natural color.
