Vintage 1940s ZUNI Signed VS JOHNSON Needlepoint Turquoise Sterling Silver Necklace. This beautiful designer necklace contains a large selection of perfectly paired needlepoint turquoise pieces that have been cut identically and set into sterling silver petite point style prongs. The necklace is pieced with three linked sun god-like shapes containing rounded and rope-style sterling silver backing. The back of the center pendent is stamped with the VS Johnson hallmark. The three pendents are attached to one another by long, rectangular links and the necklace is completed with similar rectangular links. The necklace has a hook style clasp. The necklace is not marked Sterling silver, however it has been tested and is of the ZUNI design collection. This is a wonderful, vintage piece. The necklace is 18.5\" long and weighs 20.9 grams.
