Vintage 1948 dated on the bottom, Royal Doulton figurine called Silks and Ribbons, HN 2017. The hat was broken and reglued and repainted in two long spots on the front, otherwise it looks very nice with some fine cleaning needed from being displayed. A nice affordable version of this one. About 6 1/4 inches tall and 5 1/4 inches wide.
