Here we have a Mid Century Modern Seth Thomas wall clock. The clock is in good working condition. Keeps time perfectly. It is 8-1/2\" in diameter and little over 3\" deep. Manufactured by Rondo. Made in U.S.A.This bright green clock is made to resemble a historic building dome, with raised radial ridges marking hours and a ring of raised dot \'rivets\' for the minutes. A bright copper metal center holds the time shaft \'spire\' that holds the downward curving hands. This is Model E932-000.
These date from the late 1950s to early 1960s, when Seth Thomas was part of General Time, along with Westclox, and there were still local service centers around the country where you could take or send your GT clock to be repaired.
Condition: The green plastic case has one chip on back along the edge, which is not noticeable when hanging on the wall - as shown in picture eight. Has no cracks or major flaws and only very minor scratching. The white enamel on the raised numerals is bright, intact and legible. The high convex domed lens cover is clear and clean, has no chips or cracks and only minor scuffs.
