This is a vintage 1950\'s hand painted silk men\'s novelty neck tie. The tie was made by Ricky Ties and hand painted by OMA out of Walker, Minnesota in the mid 1950\'s. This burgundy wine colored tie has a Ruffed Grouse standing in the grass painted on it. It measures approximately 49 1/2\" long and 4 1/4\" at the widest. The tie has never been worn and is New Old Stock. It is stain and snag free and the paint is in very nice condition. I will be listing quite a few different hand painted ties over the next couple of days. I purchased these out of an estate sale of the family whose mother painted them.
