Vintage 1950\'s Lady Head Vase Napco S348B Pierced Black Hat and Dress With Dots:

She has one factory blemish in the corner of her right eye and very light wear on the rim of the hat. There are no chips, cracks, or repairs. The hat is black with a white bow trimmed in gold. The brimis piercedfor a ribbon to lace through, if desired. The long sleeve dress is black with white polka dots. Her make-up and nail polish are excellent and she is a very pretty lady! Please look at the pictures for my best description.
