This is a vintage 1950\'s era Volupte branded purse face powder compact. Gold toned metal finish with an over locking clasp to securely keep the compact closed when not in use. Measures approximately 3 inch by 3 inch and 3/8th inc thick not including the huge locking clamp in the meaurements. A chevron ridged design in the compact.The mirror has cracks, see pictures and the powder section is missing its applicator. but does latch securely down. A nice addition to your collection but sold AS IS in respect of the cracked mirror. An Estate find.
