Vintage 1950s Japanese Geisha Girl Black Enamel Jewelry Music Box Sayonara MINT:

This lovely mid-century black enameled jewelry box plays thetune of Sayonara loud and clear and without problems; and it is overall inexcellent gently used and well- loved condition. The lakeside scene on the topshows two Geisha near a red Asian style bridge, with a snow capped mountain in thedistance, and with a perfusion of cherry blossoms. Interior of the box lid holds a small mirrorencased in a chrome frame and affixed to the lid. The jewelry compartment iscovered with red velvet—all in excellent condition. Especially nice is theexterior high gloss finish, which is in remarkable condition. In the one photoyou will notice the high gloss black surface finish has picked up a reflectionof the surface on which it is sitting. It measures approximately 8” by 4” onthe top, and is 3 ½” tall.
