This is a vintage Phillips 66 oil can that has the orange & black shield logo. (The color scheme of the logo was revised in 1959 to its current red, black, & white.) The can is in excellent condition with a few small scratches in the original lithographed paint. The plastic tip has been cut, but the can seems to be full or nearly full. It weighs 4 ounces on my scale and the can is marked \"4 fl Ozs\".
The can is 3 7/8\" high (not including the spout).
The address on the back of the can is \"Phillips Petroleum Company Bartlesville, Oklahoma\".
The sides of the can are marked \"complimentary not to be sold\".
