Here is a red crinoline/petticoat in good vintage condition. It is made of a stiff red netinterspersed with red satiny ribbon.
There are no rips or stains but the elastic in the waist is shot and needs to be replaced.

I am guessing it is from the 1950s, when I was a kid we had these and called them \"stick out slips\"because they made our dresses stick out.
I am also guessing that it is a size medium, but go by themeasurements.
Measured flat, the waist is 14.5 inches; from the waist to edge of bottom hem: 29.5 inches.
