Vintage 1950's Trader Vic's Menu Hotel Benjamin Franklin Seattle, Wa 1956 For SaleVintage paper menu that measures just under 8 1/2" x 14 3/4". Heavy stock outer folder with paper menu stapled inside of that at center "spine". Although the back of the menu has Trader Vic's story and copyright of 1947, the inner first page of the menu shows Copyright Trader Vic 1956. Multiple colors used in the printing. Trader Vic's second location was The Outrigger, located at the base of the Benjamin Franklin Hotel in Seattle (which would later become the Westin). It operated from 1948 until its name changed from The Outrigger to "Trader Vic's" in 1960. The restaurant and hotel closed in 1991 to make way for the Westin Hotel. All items come from smoke-free home and are described to the best of my knowledge and ability.
