This ceramic beer stein with pewter lid was manufactured in Western Germany in the mid- to late-1950s. It features elaborate details of a German couple in traditional costume, leaves and flowers, and a faux bois handle. The lid has an embossed design. This stein is in great condition, with no cracks, chips, or crazing. It measures approximately 9\" high and 3 1/4\" diameter at the base. The \"E & R Golden Crown\" sticker is still attached near the handle. A great collectible.
