Vintage 1950s Xl Floor Lamp Stilnovo Mid Century Atomic Art Deco Italy 60s Era For Sale

You are offerding on alarge 1950s/1960s floor lamp. The lampshade is made of pleated cream fabric with decorative brown velvet trims. It fits onto an inner metal structure lacquered white and threaded through the bulb casing. The casing rests on a bass cup fitted with a short black metallic stem. The tripod foot is made of similar black metal with white plastic tips. There is also a decorative a mat gold decorative ribbon coiled around the feet. The switch is placed on the cord.

The lamp is in goodconditionand in full working order.The lampshade presents withage related marks. The black lacquer work presents with age related scratches and marks. However, these do not interfere with the overall look of the piece. It takes one Edison screw (screw fit) bulb and is fitted with a UK plug. As with all vintage electrical equipment, it is advisable to have it checked by a qualified electrician.
