Vintage 1956 Napco Billy #H1349 Porcelain Gingham Dog Penny Piggy Bank Puppy :

This is Billy, a porcelain bank from 1956 by Napco. The number on the bottom is H1349, he was painted white with a glaze and then the coloring was painted on top, that is the part that is peeling off and the glaze is crackling with age. Otherthanthose two things I don\'t see any chips, cracks or breaks. He has a nifty little place to put a padlock to hold his head to his body to keep your money safe too. He is about 6.5\" tall.
