You arepurchasinga Vintage 1957 Popeye Balloon Inflato Pump Ideal Rare. This was made by King Features Syndicate+ Van Dam Rubber Companylicensed under Ideal Corp in 1957. It is in displayable condition. It is just the pump there is no balloons and no attachments(not quite sure what is supposed to attach to the metal hole maybe a tube). Flaws Rust and scratches on the metal area. There is some scuff offs to the cardboard as shown in the close ups and scratches. The bottom of the cardboard where you open it up has some small bends and tiny tears to the cardboard. All flaws shown in photos.
