Hello my name is John. I restore, recondition vintage microphones fordisplay, prop and functional use.I am offering this 1960\'s era Atlas 763 extending desktop microphone stand produced in Brooklyn, NY.This stand is in well above averagecosmetic condition. The label is perfect on this one.The chrome on both stems is rust freeand very clean.The lower stem clutch adjustment works very well for extending the upper stem and is tight. All threading is clean and in very good working order on the stems and on the base. The bottom of the base has all 3 rubber pads in place and secure. The base is 6 inches round. The stand fully extended has a height of near 12 inches and is around 8 inches with the extension down. A verynice and functional piece of Americana with the 5/8 threading for many of the 1940\'s, 50\'s and 60\'s era microphones. If you are wondering if your vintage microphone will fit this stand feel free to ask.
