This is a beautiful vintage 1960\'s dress by Jerry Marsh for Mardi Gras. The skirt is a dark green rayon velvet. The top is covered in green sequins lined green rayon, a sequin belt that closes with hooks. A back zipper. Good condition- some sequins missing here at there, but a gorgeous dress

Size medium. bust 36 inches, waist 28 inches, hips 40 inches. 41 inches shoulder to hem. sleeves 23 inches shoulder to sleeve hem. The seam at the waist to the bottom hem measures 26 inches
